Think, Tech & Create (TTC) is a student-driven technology community based at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) in Kongsberg. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling any personal information you share with us in a transparent and responsible way. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

What we collect

We only collect information that you actively provide to us through the forms on this website:

• Member application form: first name, last name, email address, study program, area of interest, and an optional motivation message.
• Partner / sponsor inquiry form: contact name, company name, email address, partnership level, and a message describing your interest.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party advertising on this site. We do not collect IP addresses or behavioural data.

Why we collect it

The information you submit is used solely to respond to your application or inquiry — for example, to invite you to events, follow up about membership, or discuss a potential partnership. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

How it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to TTC by email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Once received, your message is stored in our regular email inbox. We retain submissions only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and delete them when they are no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information from our records.
• Withdraw any consent you have previously given.
